Diagnose before you plan
Write down what you remember: which domains felt hard, whether you ran short of time, and whether nerves affected your reading.
- Weak domains: compare with your mock results.
- Pacing: did you rush the last quarter?
- Reading: did you miss words like "first" or "most appropriate"?
- Knowledge gaps: which topics surprised you?
Build a focused retake plan
Do not repeat the whole course. Use domain-wise practice to repair the gaps, redo your missed questions, and add timed sets every week.

For a new applicant, DHA's Assessment Manual allows three attempts per position, and DHA can reduce that to one or two if it finds a major competency gap. There is no waiting period between attempts, subject to availability. A cancelled or missed exam does not count as a failed attempt, and the fee is not refunded. After a third failure you are blocked from reapplying for two years, and failed attempts at any UAE authority must be declared. Fees are set by DHA and the test provider, so confirm them and the current rules before booking.
Prove it with a mock
Before rebooking, take a full-length mock under exam conditions and make sure your results are comfortably above the pass benchmark with no weak domain.
